CertConvert provides business certification advisory services, including recommendations for government and private sector certifications. We offer both free basic analysis and premium comprehensive reports.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CertConvert, including but not limited to:

• Certification recommendation algorithms
• Database of certification programs
• Analysis methodologies
• Reports and documentation templates
• Software code and proprietary technology

are owned by CertConvert and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our services without written permission
• Provide false or misleading information in your submissions
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Privacy and Data Collection

6. Premium Services

Premium services are provided on a pay-per-use basis. Payment is required before service delivery. All sales are final, with refunds available only in cases of technical service failure.

CertConvert provides advisory services only. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of third-party certification requirements
• Uninterrupted service availability
• That our recommendations will meet all your business needs

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CertConvert be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CertConvert from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
